About me
Built on a lifetime in agriculture.
With a family farming background and having studied at the Royal Agricultural University, I have grown up immersed in agriculture. This gives me a genuine understanding of the agriculture, fresh produce and land-based industries that Emblaze Talent recruits within.
I began my career in agricultural recruitment in 2015, and in 2023 founded Emblaze Talent. My personal and professional background has enabled me to build a strong, trusted network of candidates, as well as a clear understanding of what clients really need.
I work closely with businesses of all sizes, taking a practical, personal approach to recruitment and helping remove the pressure of hiring in specialist and often challenging sectors.
