Client responsibilities

• Treat candidate data as confidential and use it only for the relevant vacancy.
• Notify us promptly of offers, hires, and start dates so we can manage the process.

Candidate responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about your experience, eligibility, and references.
• Inform us if your circumstances change during an active search.
• Respect confidentiality around client information and role details.

Fees and payments

Fees for clients are set out in separate engagement letters or service agreements. Candidates are never charged for our services.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including brand assets and copywriting, is owned by Emblaze Talent or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Confidentiality

Both clients and candidates agree to keep shared information confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

Liability
